This doesn't work for me. Why? Because clicking on any item in the Recent Documents List, including "Clear List" actually just opens up the first Recent Document!! Most enterprise users will load and work on files from network drives. This slow editing bug is really hurting us. I can understand potential delay when editing a remote document but the connection to an SSHFS file server is affecting editing of locally held documents too.
