cups-browsed should enable 'BrowseRemoteProtocols = dnssd cups'
Status in cups-filters package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
Currently /etc/cups/cups-browsed.conf does not include 'cups' as a
BrowseRemoteProtocols option.
Since some older cups servers do not support dnssd enabling cups as
well seems to be a good default. I do not believe that there are any
additional security implications.
