In Linux shortcuts are layout independent, but in Windows shortcuts don't work with russian layout. What's about Mac?

System - WinXP (later I'll check it on Ubu9.04) Inkscape version - 0.47dev Layouts - Russian and Latin It is really annoying thing, especially when russian (cyrillic) layout is used. User forced to jump up and down with layouts switch. p.s. I thought this is kinda of GTK+ issues - but GIMP works just fine in both layouts.
