the dash scrollbar jumps to the top unexpectedly

Bug description:
When I go to the "videos" tab (the bug only happens there) and I
scroll down, after a few seconds the scroll bar jumps to the top
(effectively showing me the first few videos, meaning the whole thing
scrolls, not only the scroll bar). Annoying.
How to reproduce:
-open the dash
-go to the "videos" tab
-scroll down a bit
-wait a few seconds
