Pixma MP530 only prints with 5pgbk

Bug description:
Binary package hint: cups
After a lot of prints, I found that the 5pgbk cartridge is empty and the 8bk
is never used (ink is all there)
I also printed a photo and the pigmented ink don't dry over photo paper (only
the photo ink can) that means that the printer is using the wrong ink
There is a way to fix this or is an error?
