Bug reported to Gnome at
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=747924, but it seems to be an
Ubuntu-specific issue. I can confirm that the bug is still present on my
14.10 64 bit, I am going to try the ibus-gtk install to see if this
resolves the issue. However, Ubuntu can not leave this issue at the
users hands to install a random package on their own, this has to be
patched, and soon. The bug was reported over half a year ago.
