What KDE theme do you use? Amarok 2.8 is not optimized for Breeze, but only for Oxygen.

Stars are shown all-grey no matter which number rating was applied. The numerical value (0...5 stars) is shown correctly when hovering the mouse over the rating field. See attached screenshot.
