Title: Can't execute scripts from home Status in nautilus package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: I can't execute files anymore with Ubuntu 15.04's "Files" program (GUI). For example, I install IHMC CmapTools to some directory inside ~/. It installs a file named bin/CmapTools with "sh" shebang. This file always opens with gedit but it has execute bit on. However, if I start this from the command line with "./CmapTools", the execution succeeds.
