This is happening to me as well. It does the same in both Chrome and Chromium. In my opinion, this bug should be mark as high priority as it could make people quit Xfce since this browser is commonly used.

After minimize and maximize window is not draw in the screen, and i must move the mouse over the window to get the content viisible.
