Title: Banshee crashes a lot. GLib, GConf or D-Bus error? Status in “banshee” package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: I don't know much about the internals of Banshee (or the system in general) so I don't know if this is a problem with Banshee or something 'upstream' like D-Bus. The problem started since I installed Ubuntu 11.10. Ubuntu 11.04 was ok with Banshee 2.0 and 2.2 (from PPA). I can't seem to recreate the banshee crashes reliably, it seems to just happen at random during library playback. Sometimes it goes a few hours without crashing, other times it seems to crash every few minutes. The banshee window just turns grey and stops responding. I've attached a .tar.gz file containing 2 Banshee debug logs and one screenshot of an error message that reports a similar problem but it's coming from a different program (mail-notification).
