Calculation of Battery Power Consumsion was Mistake

Bug description:
Many times the power-manager was over estimate power consumption it cause of
unexpected hibernate.
Some time it show that my laptop consume 1,000 W, it was impossible and never
happen in Win7 on same laptop.
Please see the attached picture for consideration.
