Bug description:
It seems that Ubuntu overrides Firefox's DuckDuckGo search plugin with
a version that doesn't support search suggestions.
e.g. I receive this file:
http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~mozillateam/firefox/firefox.utopic/view/head:/debian/searchplugins/en-US/duckduckgo.xml
While Mozilla already includes their own DuckDuckGo search plugin which
supports search suggestions:
