reproducible with the live environment of the Desktop CD of the stable

Binary package hint: totem
Totem thinks DVDs are interlaced and applies deinterlacing filters, but the
fact is they are not interlaced and deinterlacing filters poorly affect image
quality.
Tested on PAL DVD with and without libdvdcss and on NTSC DVD with libdvdcss
in Maverick amd64 with the latest updates.
