I suppose this bug is very similar to
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/network-manager/+bug/1426122 , but I
can't give such kind of technical information.
I just can repeat from that bug:
On recent vivid images running on Nexus 5 switching between WiFi and
mobile-data and back leads to broken networking where device can't
establish a network connection.
This bug was discovered on ubuntu-touch/vivid-proposed #169-172.
And this bug is absent on ubuntu-touch/ubuntu-rtm/14.09 #17.
