devhelp (and as a result anjuta) have been transitioned to webkit2gtk in
debian. We still need to use webkitgtk 1 as it works with our geoclue/geoip
stack and webkit2gtk can't really be in main with it due to security issues
with 2 different webkitgtks.
devhelp has no huge need to be in main, but until it is demoted or webkit2gtk
is promoted, we should revert the change. Debdiffs for devhelp + anjuta
attached.
