Preserve job files (allow reprinting) causes UI freeze

Bug description:
I can set this via dconf and I have no issues, but when I use the GUI
to change this setting and press OK, the application freezes up and I
have to force it to close. Happens on Ubuntu 15.04 currently, and it
happened on 14.10 as well after some updates.
I'm assuming it's an issue in this application and not CUPS because I
can change it via dconf without issue.
