banshee doesn't scrobble songs with last fm

Bug description:
I have authorized banshee to scrobble with lastfm, and I'm able to see that
lastfm has the banshee pluguins succesfully installed. when I start playing
music from banshee, lastfm program doesn't show any sign that the scrobbling is
taking place...
at the bottom of lastfm program I can read "radio service initialized" but
I'm not using radio service when it happens.
