You have been subscribed to a public bug: On the previous versions the default screen brightness was perfect for me but on 11.10 the default brightness is killing my eye. I have changed the brightness level like 70% but after restarting and every login/logout it returns to default 100%.
How do I make remember my brightness setting? I was asking a question on here: https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+question/174489 and someone suggested me to report this as a bug. ** Affects: gnome-control-center (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: Confirmed -- 11.10 doesn't remember screen brightness setting after every reboot https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/875061 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to gnome-control-center in Ubuntu. -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~desktop-packages Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~desktop-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
