Ubuntu 12.04.5 metacity 1:2.34.1-1ubuntu11 unity-2d 5.14.0-0ubuntu2 When dragging operation is started, an a black box is drawn around the icon and leaves a trail behind it. I could only capture the black box but not the trail with gnome-screenshot. Also it leaves artifacts with tooltips. Windows with shadows are not effected however.
