Another thing I have noticed, again not sure if related but none the
less here it is.

I am unable to remove the package printer-driver-cups-pdf (I assume
this package is related as it is the only 'pdf' cups package I see
installed.

If I try to uninstall it the system just hangs up and dose not nothing,
frozen on uninstalling.

** Also affects: cups-pdf (Ubuntu)
   Importance: Undecided

Title:
Print UI hangs on launch and will not close

Status in cups-pdf package in Ubuntu:

Status in system-config-printer package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
If I launch the print UI from the system control panel it takes
forever to open (if it opens) and when it opens it will not close and
  then will crash.

If I try to print from an application the print everything locks up and
eventually goes back to normal but no print UI is shown.
