Bug description:
In Gutsy:
When you change timezone for a recurring event, then the new timezone
is not stored if you choose to update "all instances", but only if you
choose "this instance only".
Also, when you create an all-day event, then timezone is automatically
visible in the appointment editor, otherwise it's hidden. This is
confusing. It should always be visible and set to my local timezone.
