It doesn't matter if video is fullscreen or not. Screen saver turns itself on. This shouldn't happen. If video is playing it means someone is using the screen. It doesn't happen in windows. i also didn't see this happening on desktop Kubuntu install. i have not yet tested media players such as VLC to see if it also happens there.
