Bug description:
Binary package hint: network-manager
Modal dialogue saying:
"The NetworkManager applet could not find some required resources.
It cannot continue."
pops up over everything.
This information is useless; ideally, N-M should not show the
dialogue if the user cannot do anything about it. ("what
resources?..").
