I'm not sure it is caused by this change, but I've opened LP: #1489730 as one finger tap no longer enabled.

For x11 g-s-d still handles most of these settings. The migration code in g-s-d 3.16 makes it not possible to just revert the changes to the schemas, so this cherry-pick's from upstream the bits required for u-s-d/u-c-c to use the new keys and also handling migration of the settings. Upstream removed handling of keyboard repeat settings from g-s-d, however I have kept this and just pointed u-s-d at the new keys in gsettings-desktop-schemas. The new settings aren't entirely a 1:1 mapping to the old setting, however the only user facing change, is that touchpad disable while typing setting is removed and this is always enabled now.
