system settings not available anymore
Status in unity-control-center package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
The sound cannot be modified from the top left hand corner of the
screen anymore ;
When I click on "System Settings ..." nothing happens
I cannot either use "Text Entry Settings ..."
Last thing I remember doing before having the issue:
I installed Skype with
sudo add-apt-repository "deb http://archive.canonical.com/ $(lsb_release -sc)
partner"
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install skype pulseaudio:i386
