I would just like to confirm that this is still an issue in 4.4.5.2-5.fc22 stable of LibreOffice Writer. I am running Fedora 22, Linux 4.1.6-200, and the indention on outlines still has an extra indention sometimes, usually on the top line of the list (i.e. the primary numbering count, if that makes sense).
