Bug description:
When click on gnome volume control applet on gnome-panel the keyboard
key`s UP and DOWN not work to control the volume. On Hardy the
keyboard works, in intrepid i need click over button`s "+" and "-"
refer to: gnome-volume-m 2.22.1-1ubuntu
