Title:
  /lib/udev/rules.d/69-libmtp.rules in libmtp-common is corrupt

Status in libmtp package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  I’m seeing these log messages from udev every so often:

  systemd-udevd[416]: invalid key/value pair in file
  /lib/udev/rules.d/69-libmtp.rules on line 1,starting at character 1
  ('n')

  It’s true: the 69-libmtp.rules file distributed in the package
  literally begins with an error message, which makes no sense.

  $ head /lib/udev/rules.d/69-libmtp.rules
  Unable to open ~/.mtpz-data for reading, MTPZ disabled.# UDEV-style hotplug
map for libmtp
  # Put this file in /etc/udev/rules.d
