Public bug reported:

There's a symlink in 
/usr/share/icons/ubuntu-mono-dark/status/22/battery_plugged.svg pointing to 
./gpm-ac-adapter.svg
gpm-ac-adapter.svg does not exist, hence the broken symlink.

Easily fixed if the symlink points to ./ac-adapter-symbolic.svg
