Click the "Inappropriate?" link below a review. 2. Choose a reason, enter some text, and click "Report". 3. A "Failed to submit report" message appears (bug 872808) in English. Expected: 3. A "Failed to submit report" message appears (bug 872808) translated in the user's locale. Note that this string is already exposed in Launchpad for translation, it just seems that SC is not loading the translation.
