Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Merge from Debian unstable (LP: #1235535). Remaining changes:
- debian/control:
+ Build-depend on libappindicator3-dev
- debian/transmission-daemon.upstart: add upstart job
Fixed in debian without changelog entry. Can be seen in debian git
Changelog entries since current xenial version 2.84-1ubuntu1:
transmission (2.84-2) unstable; urgency=medium
