Xmir -rootless: Window resize constraints not implemented yet.
E.g. Dialogs generally prevent you from resizing them, or resizing them
too small. And terminal windows resize with granularity of a character
cell.
The interface for this exists in Mir now I think. Just needs to be wired
up to the X window properties.
