Title: Horizontal scrolling enabled by default. Option to disable removed in settings GUI. Status in gnome-control-center: Confirmed Status in gnome-control-center package in Ubuntu: Triaged Bug description: Horizontal scrolling is enabled by default as of 13.10. I'm aware it can be disabled through dconf editor but the option to disable this in gnome-control-center is missing. Two finger scrolling is very difficult to use with horizontal scrolling enabled and many users won't figure out how to disable it and make it work like they expect.
