Bug description:
Using 3.18 on xenial, calendar reminders trigger a dialog + a
notification (which displays as a dialog because it uses actions and
hits the notify-osd fallback), there is probably no need to have both
displayed (and the notification shouldn't use actions if the server
doesn't support it)
