Remmina should be associated with .rdp files

Bug description:
If user clicks on a rdp link (from microsoft azure for example),
firefox does not offer to open it with remmina. User must choose
/usr/bin/remmina manually to open the file.
Remmina should associate the type with necessary mime type handlers
when it is installed.
