@tjaalton Xenial has git 20151019 (2:2.99.917+git20151019-1~exp1ubuntu1). Since there is no information on the git commit, I assume ef859c807a4bfad7c8a01a1d63f354f3ef310db5 from that date.
By building the drivers on commit ef859c807a4bfad7c8a01a1d63f354f3ef310db5 on 15.10. I checked the daily build on 16.04, and the issue is there as well. However, by using the latest driver on commit c4565979572b61cf7fc0b931333c032c88b259f1, the issue is not visible. I would like to request the driver in 16.04 to be updated, if possible. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to xserver-xorg-video-intel in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1525207 Title: xserver-xorg-video-intel slow perfomance, needs updating Status in xserver-xorg-video-intel package in Ubuntu: Fix Released Bug description: Laggy performance on Chromium/Electron based applications when running maximized windows.
