Title: can not write review for apps Status in software-center package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: Using 15.04 (xfce), can not write a review for any app in the Software Center. Looked through the bug reports, but not see exactly this issue. I apologize if it is a known bug, and I missed it. In my case, the sign in wheel would simply spin without end at first. Now, the link seems entirely broken. I was going on the premise that an account, like Ubuntu One, would be used to sign in.
