Title:
Selecting Edit-->Account Settings fails to launch correct window. It
relaunches the main Thunderbird window instead.

Bug description:
Linux Distribution: Ubuntu 10.04 LTS - the Lucid Lynx

What I expected to happened:
I clicked on Edit-->Account Settings from the main Thunderbird window. I
expected an Account Settings GUI to pop up. It did not.
What Happened:
When I clicked on Edit-->Account Settings from the main Thunderbird window,
it fails to pop up the correct Account Settings GUI. Instead, it pops up a new
window which is identical to the main Thunderbird window. I can check my
e-mail in this new window, etc. The old main Thunderbird window does not close
and is still functional.
