Title: XChat-Gnome does not follow XDG Base Spec Status in XChat-GNOME: Confirmed Status in xchat-gnome package in Ubuntu: Triaged Bug description: XChat-Gnome stores its configuration in `~/.xchat2`. Instead of cluttering the home directory, it should follow the XDG Base Directory spec and store its configuration in its own directory under `$XDG_CONFIG_HOME` (`.config` by default).
