I think the description is not clear or maybe I misunderstand. We CAN input Vietnamese in Firefox with ibus-unikey, but some characters will not appear until we press space bar. For example, when we search for "Việt Nam" in Google, we type in "Việt" but only "V" appears in the input field, when we finish typing "Việt" by pressing space bar and to continue entering "Nam", the whole word "Việt" finally appears in the search box.
