Failed to submit review, APIError 500

Bug description:
Using: Ubuntu 15.10 with installed package: 13.10-0ubuntu12
How to reproduce:
1. Go to the software item screen for something you have installed, and
choose "Write your own review".
2. If necessary: sign in first.
3. Write your review and summary
4. Give rating
5. Press publish
What happens:
The error "Failed to submit review" appears and requests you to check the
logs.
What should happen:
The user should see an error i.e. "The server encountered an unexpected
condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request. Try again later."
