Well, lo-dicts builds a binary hunspell-sv containing both dictionaries. the source hunspell-sv instead builds 2 binaries hunspell-sv-se and myspell-sv-se. They probably conflicts, but one doesn't take the other over automatically, no.

(libreoffice-dictionaries was created rather ad-hoc around 4.2 before Debian did, replacing the old openoffice-dictionaries, thus the missing updates since).
