Bug description:
[Impact]
The lts-wily backported kernel and (the soon to be available) xserver in
Trusty make fglrx and fglrx-updates uninstallable, and make the DKMS module
installed by fglrx-core and by fglrx-updates-core fail.
[Test Case]
Install the lts-wily kernel and check that DKMS doesn't fail with the next
fglrx-core packages.
[Regression Potential]
Low, all the changes are already included in wily.
