Bug description:
  Binary package hint: emacs-snapshot

  In emacs-snapshot-gtk[1] I always use ido-mode, which does a few
  things, including making C-x b call ido-switch-buffer. But when I am
  in a w3m buffer, C-x b calls w3m-e21-switch-to-buffer instead, .
  calls its own buffer-switching function, which seems from its
  docstring like it probably does something important for w3m to
  work[2]. But I wish ido-mode still worked even when I was in w3m
  buffers.

  == Steps to reproduce ==

  1. Start Emacs
  2. M-x ido-mode RET
  3. C-x b
  4. (Please notice the cool ido-mode prompt)
  5. C-g
  6. M-x w3m RET
  7. C-x b

  == Actual results ==

  You see a classic switch-to-buffer prompt.

  == Expected results ==

  You see an ido prompt.

  == Notes ==

  [1] I use Ubuntu Edgy but I have upgraded about six packages to
  versions from a Feisty beta: emacs-snapshot-gtk, lastfm, and their
  dependencies. M-x version reports "GNU Emacs 22.0.91.1 (i486-pc-
  linux-gnu, GTK+ Version 2.10.6) of 2006-12-20 on rothera, modified by
  Debian".

  [2] "C-x b runs the command w3m-e21-switch-to-buffer
    which is an interactive compiled Lisp function in `w3m-e21.el'.
  ...
  Run `switch-to-buffer' and redisplay the header-line.
  Redisplaying is done by wobbling the window size."

  (I guess "header-line" means the tab bar that you always see at the
  top of the screen when you're looking at w3m windows. --Jason)
