Public bug reported:

Try to delete Openoffice.
Something go wrong and there is now way to install or uninstall anything. USC 
is allways come back in tahta installation and stops, reporting: ''New software 
can't be installed because there is a problem with a software curently 
installed. Do you want to repair this problem now?''
And theri is a loop - i can't install (or uninstall) anything. I restart my 
laptop but usc kept that in it's memory.
