Every time I start Firefox, there is a bar on the bottom of the window saying
"It looks like you haven't started Firefox in a while. Do you want to clean it
up for a fresh, like-new experience? And by the way, welcome back!"
I use Firefox daily, so the message is wrong and a bit annoying. I
dismiss it, but comes back the next time I start Firefox.
This is on Ubuntu 14.04.4 "trusty" and Firefox
45.0+build2-0ubuntu0.14.04.1.
My home directory in on an NFS mount, if that makes a difference. The
permissions look fine though:
