Hi Nikita,
   Thanks for spotting this. I will apply this, but keep in mind in the future, 
when you are patching ubuntu packages, the patches need to go in 
/debian/patches. ie you don't directly patch the upstream code. You can use 
quilt to edit patches.

Bug description:
  There is a typo which reads "intall" rather than "install" in the
  "panels/common/cc-common-language.c" file. The attached patch fixes
  this typo.
