Public bug reported:
This happens specially on File Manager.
Ubuntu version 15.10 (manually installed from USB live boot).
Last updated : Mar 19th.
RAM usage : 800 MB/ 4GB
Machine : Compaq Laptop.
Steps to reproduce the bug:
Click on file icon : Opens a new window of your home folder.
type <ctrl>+n to open a new window
now try single/double click on the file manager icon on the dock.
you see the desktop wallpaper, screen refreshes including the dock
No loss of information. However very irritating.
Addendum:
1. tested it on terminal window, by opening multiple windows and
clicking on the terminal window icon, the UI still crashes.
2. Clicking multiple times (4-5 times) on the icon with multiple
windows, renders the screen unresponsive for 4-5 seconds.
