Bug description:
  [Impact]
Dismissing save document dialog deletes document instead of keeping it.

  [Test Case]
  1. Scan a document
  2. Click new file button
  3. Hit Escape key

  Expected result:
  The equivalent of clicking "Cancel"

  Actual result:
  The document is discarded.

  [Regression Potential]
Low. The logic was fixed in handling dialog dismissal.
