Title:
totem (16.04) is missing its application menu

Status in totem package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
Totem is supposed to have an appmenu when running in gnome-shell and
other desktop environments EXCEPT for Unity.

At the moment totem has a menubar displayed below the CSD.

I guess the patch that has been added for Unity is breaking the
  appmenu for all other environments.
